1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins. We prepare orders only after they are received to ensure freshness and quality.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at cancel_orders@clevmind.com or through your account on the Website (if applicable).
  • If you cancel your order before it enters the “In Preparation” status, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Important: Once an order is in preparation or has been prepared, it cannot be canceled, as this would result in food waste. No refunds will be issued for orders canceled after preparation has started.

2. Refund Process

  • For eligible cancellations (before preparation), refunds will be processed within 0-7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

3. Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products (e.g., food items, meal kits), we generally do not accept returns unless:
    • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cancel_orders@clevmind.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Orders canceled after preparation has begun.
  • Orders where the customer changes their mind after preparation or delivery.
  • Issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Products consumed or partially used, unless defective.
